How to meet girls as an introvert in your 20s? I'm 22, male, I've been working as a programmer for 3 years, I workout, have a healthy lifestyle and I make pretty good money, but I'm introverted, I've been single all my life. I really want to start dating but I have no idea how to meet people.

I just finished university and can't find a way to socialise more. I'm not looking for hookups, but to be honest I don't care that much at this point, I lost hope, I'm just looking to get some dating/socialising experience with the opposite sex, so I don't become a 30 years old recluse, because I feel that's the way I'm going towards. The type of women I'm looking for is just a normal, sane girl, somewhat attractive, non-smoker, not a party girl and preferrably around my age, but other than that I don't care that much. Things I can't/won't try. Clubs/Bars/Music festivals - I hate the atmosphere, clubbing, drinking, smoking. I've been to clubs 3 times in my life and I would certainly not try it anymore. I've never smoked and I don't drink. University - I've finished it after doing 2 thirds of it online. Hobby groups - joined a few hobby groups I wanted to try, but I ended up meeting just older people (30+), mostly couples. Now I only go to the hobbies I like and not sacrifice time just hoping I would meet someone. Friends of friends - I have just two friends that I know since high school, but they both are in long term relationships with girls they met from high school. They don't have a lot of friends as well, and they told me they don't know any single girl for me to meet. Workplace - besides the fact it is 90-95% male and it's very weird to hit on a workmate (or that's how I view it), the only remaining women are 30+ with kids or 25 and have a boyfriend. I've been the youngest person in my workplace for three years. Online dating - I tried it in the past, but I'm not that attractive, maybe a 5-6/10, definitely not photogenic and my lifestyle is not that attractive, I don't have a car or go to exotic places or party. In a good week I would get 2 matches in total, but I think they were bots or had better options because they wouldn't respond, so I gave up after 2-3 weeks. And I didn't just say Hi", "Hello" or "You're beautiful". Also 90% of the girls there were clearly party girls. I feel like people my age don't go to the places I go to, because they don't have a problem in socialising. They have groups of friends from high school or university and just hang out with them or go clubbing/festivals. That's what I see on Instagram. I think that my circumstances have made it impossible for me to meet new people.
